How the platform works
Uyiz is a listings board for rentals. Owners and agencies post their adverts here, the phone number is on the listing, and the two sides settle the terms between themselves. Both sides of the process are explained below, end to end.
For tenants: from the search to the keys
You can browse, filter and sort listings without registering. Signing in is required only to see the owner’s phone number — that restriction exists to keep automated programmes from harvesting the numbers.
Narrow the search by area, category, price range, number of rooms and metro station. Save the listings you like and compare a few side by side. After that you call the owner yourself, view the flat and make the agreement directly with them.

For owners: from the listing to the agreement
Register and confirm your phone number. Then, in the "Post a listing" section, enter the property type, the address, the number of rooms, the price and the photos. The listing is published straight away.
You can edit a listing at any time, hide it temporarily or delete it altogether. Closing the listing once the flat is let is simply good manners: it stops tenants wasting their time calling about a property that is no longer available.
Checks and trust badges
A listing is published straight away and is then watched by the people using the site: any listing can be reported with a single tap, and the report goes to a moderator. If the moderator upholds it, the listing’s trust rating drops; if the report is dismissed, the rating is untouched.
Whoever posts a listing can additionally verify their identity and the ownership document. Verified listings carry a badge. The badge is not a guarantee of the property’s quality — it only means the person who posted it has been checked.
What is free
All of it. Searching, browsing, getting a phone number, posting a listing and having it verified are free for tenants and for whoever posts. The platform takes nothing out of the deal.
If somebody asks you for money "for the site", "to process the contract" or "for access to the database", they do not work here. Report that listing immediately.
If something goes wrong
Any problem with a listing — wrong information, photos of a different flat, a demand for money before the viewing — is reported with the report button. Keep a screenshot of the correspondence too, if you can.
The platform is not a party to the rental agreement, so it cannot settle a dispute between the two sides over money or contract terms. It does act against listings and accounts that break the rules, and in serious cases we recommend going to the police.
